The Course
Pleasure with Flidhais is a self-guided mini-course that draws inspiration from the ancient myth of the Celtic Goddess Flidhais of the Soft Hair. Flidhais was a Sovereignty Goddess of both the wild and the domestic. She revelled in sensuality and abundance and pursued her own pleasure without shame, including taking many lovers.
In this course, you will delve into Flidhais’s story and what it can teach us about the power of claiming pleasure. As your mythic ancestor, Flidhais provides a lens through which you can view your own relationship to the erotic, and therefore, the pulse of life. This knowledge, combined with somatic embodiment practices designed to drop you into your body, will help you unlearn the pleasure lies of our patriarchal society and unlock your deepest self- knowledge.
