The word Céilí means a friendly visit, a social gathering, or a dance in Irish Gaelic. It represents a coming together in celebration of friendship, community and life.
Here, you will enter a moonlit realm where ancient tales come alive and wisdom flows through your very being. In this virtual gathering, you will be transported to the heart of the Irish imagination as a portal for inner work.

In this 75-minute immersion, you will experience:
Mythic Storytelling: Selkie wisdom reveals the shapeshifting power within. Discover how these sea-maidens can guide us back to our wild feminine nature.
Embodied Wisdom: Let the story’s symbols and images flow through you in a guided movement practice, unlocking hidden insights. Where is your sealskin? Are you ready to reclaim it?
Soul Meets Body: Move between worlds like the selkie herself, between psyche (soul) and soma (body), revealing how this folktale speaks to your own inner landscape.
What You will Need:
A candle
A bowl of water
A journal and pen
Comforts like a warm brew or a blanket, whatever you need to enter the realm of story
A quiet, safe space where you feel comfortable to move with your eyes closed
A yoga mat, rug or blanket to support your knees as you move, along with comfy clothes that allow a full range of movement
An eye mask (optional) for those who prefer to move with covered eyes
Good sound equipment to hear the narration and music clearly
90-minutes of your time as we may go over our scheduled 75-minutes slightly depending on the selkie…
Where is the class hosted?
The céilí will be hosted online via Zoom. You will receive a registration link by email upon booking. Please ensure you check your time zone in advance, as all times are given in Irish Standard Time.
Will this be recorded if I can’t make it live?
Yes, but I encourage you to attend live where possible to simmer in our collective resonance. If you cannot make it, a recording will be sent to you within 24 hours after the event.
