The word Céilí means a friendly visit, a social gathering, or a dance in Irish Gaelic. It represents a coming together in celebration of friendship, community and life.
Here, you will enter a moonlit realm where ancient tales come alive and wisdom flows through your very being. In this virtual gathering, you will be transported to the heart of the Irish imagination as a portal for inner work.
Your Full Moon Journey
In this 75-minute immersion, you will experience:
Mythic Storytelling: Immerse yourself in an Irish myth, folk or fairytale, hand-picked to resonate with the energies of the full moon.
Embodied Wisdom: Let the story’s symbols and images flow through you in a guided movement practice, unlocking hidden insights.
Soul Meets Body: Experience the powerful dance between psyche and soma, revealing the tale’s personal significance in your life.
What You will Need:
A candle
A journal and pen
Comforts like a warm brew or a blanket, whatever you need to enter the realm of story
A quiet, safe space where you feel comfortable to move with your eyes closed
A yoga mat, rug or blanket to support your knees as you move, along with comfy clothes that allow a full range of movement
An eye mask (optional) for those who prefer to move with covered eyes
Good sound equipment to hear the narration and music clearly
90 minutes of your time, as we may exceed the planned 75-minute duration for this first gathering
Where is the class hosted?
The céilí will be hosted online via Zoom. You will receive a registration link by email upon booking. Please ensure you check your time zone in advance, as all times are given in Irish Standard Time.
Will this be recorded if I can’t make it live?
Yes, but I encourage you to attend live where possible to simmer in our collective resonance. If you cannot make it, a recording will be sent to you within 24 hours after the event.
